This romantic take on fall in Kensignton, has our girl wearing a wool blend 6 panel, high waisted skirt, which is lined in tulle. It opens in the back and has wide belt loops which hold a wide faux leather belt. The buckle is made from craft foam.
Her blouse is of printed batiste and has very full sleeves with cuffs. The collar is on a collar stand. The front is trimmed with lace sewn into the front placket.
