Sweet LittleFee is wearing a sleeveless nautical inspired dress perfect for a spring day or the 4th of July.

The dress is made in cotton broad cloth and lightweight linen. It has a sailor type collar with soutache trim. The dress opens in the front, and has a waistband and box pleated skirt.

The pattern comes with the beret which I forgot to take pictures of.
