LittleFee reminded me of a Swiss miss in this little skort outfit. The high waist skort has princess seams front and back. The straps are made with jacquard ribbon, and the skort has patch pockets trimmed with bows.

Under the skort she wears a peasent blouse that is gathered around the neck and sleeves with elastic.
