This pattern for Leeann is sweet and could be made of many different fabrics and trims. I made this in white woven shirting checks. The dress has a dropped waist with bias waistband. The inset front is trimmed in lace as are the the wing sleeves.

Purchased rosettes and a picot bow make the look very special. The dress buttons or snaps down the back.
