A party confection for sure, this surplice front dress is made of satin and organza. The dress hooks at the front and ties in the back with a self fabric organza sash. The front has a purchased satin rosette.

The pattern comes complete with petticoat which is made of layered tulle trimmed in satin ribbon. Petticoat has an elastic waist band.
