LittleFee makes the perfect Fauntleroy. He is wearing a period patterned suit from the late 1880’s. This style has a longer jacket with button front which was made in a very thin velveteen. I made the lace collar and cuffs part of the suit to reduce bulk. He wears the silk sash over his jacket.
LittleFee’s short pants have faux buttons at the hem, which falls just below the knee. They button at the side front. Suits of this type were common in black, but dark blue, brown and green were also popular.
